Oro Verde

First night on Cayman, we wanted to do a night dive.  I called James and said we had 4 divers and he said let's go.  So we met him at Public Beach about 7:15 and hopped aboard the Queen Angel.  We motored out to the wreck of the Oro Verde where another boat with about 10 divers was already on one of the mooring balls.  We tied up to the other one and waited for darkness to come.

We found a cool octopus, spotted moray, lobster, sleeping parrotfish, etc.  Divers from the other boat kept following us around as we were finding all the cool stuff.  Only got a few good pics though.  Greg and the family really enjoyed having the big boat to ourselves and the tour that James led us on.

Turtle Reef

2nd night dive of the trip was at Turtle Reef after Carrie got certified.  We sat out under the gazebo and watched the sunset.  A few other divers showed up and we gave them a 30-40 minute head start while the moon rose a bit more.  Then we geared up and swam out to the 30' buoy, dropped down and out to the miniwall where we headed right exploring the wall and nearby coral heads.  Spent some time under the overhanging wall with a nice octopus.  Turned around after 20 minutes or so and came back slowly along the top edge of the wall where we encountered a few more interesting creatures.
